Our consulting staff delivers fully bilingual services in a range of HR areas and provides strategic HR guidance to executives and clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors (e.g., analysis, organizational & HR development as well as talent management). GGI recognizes the value of administrative and other data to help enhance organizational capacity and meet the needs of workplace stakeholders.

GGI has administered employee interviews to help determine overall employee satisfaction and areas for improvement, led training development & facilitation activities, and provided coaching services to our clients.  We have planned and facilitated teambuilding activities aimed at helping team members develop a common vision, including workshops on intergenerational differences at work and assertiveness. Also, GGI has conducted research into people management issues and developed user-friendly HR toolkits for undertaking specific HR activities, such as recruiting; selection/hiring; and employee engagement & retention.
