GGI has experience in developing organizational capacity assessment tools to assess the readiness of organizations to take on a results-based approach. In particular, GGI developed such a tool, which has been applied with 30 government ministries, departments, and agencies in the Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
